About DJ MN Events

Mike Nelson is the owner and founder of DJ MN Events, based in Plymouth, MN. His career started the month he graduated high school in 2005, working weekend gigs for a local DJ company — a start that grew into more than 20 years behind the booth.

Over the next decade, Mike built a name in nightclubs across Fargo, St. Cloud, and Minneapolis, opening for acts like Three 6 Mafia and Machine Gun Kelly, DJing events for Red Bull, and eventually spending years as a Celebrity Guest DJ aboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships. In 2018, Nike brought him on to DJ private events during Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis — including one exclusively for NFL players.

Destination and out-of-area dates are considered on a case-by-case basis.
